- Limit your consumption of mobile phones and other wireless devices during pregnancy, in the same way as you would avoid alcohol, tobacco and fish with high levels of pollutants.
- Never hold a cell phone, laptop or tablet in your lap and keep the distance between these devices and the stomach.
- Do not store your mobile phone in the bra.
- Never use the cell phone or wirelessly connected tablet or computer when feeding or holding the baby in your arms.
- Do not use the pram / stroller as storage for your mobile phone or tablet when you're on tour.
- Do not use your mobile when you carry your baby in a baby carrier.
- Do not use wireless baby monitors. They also emit microwave radiation.
- Do not have wireless devices near your and your baby's sleeping space. Turn them off at night.
- Avoid using your cell phone or wireless connection in the direct vicinity of the pregnant women or infants.
- Avoid talking on mobiles in the car as much as possible especially while babies, toddlers, children are aboard.
